Shiikmen for growing True Shiitake mushrooms, 30 cm
Grow your own Shiitake mushrooms at home. Shiikmen is a hand–cut oak log inoculated with a fungus. We took care of him for a year and prepared to release him into the world. Thanks to your care and the attached manual, you can harvest the first mushrooms already in the spring. Shiikmen will breed approximately once every 7 weeks except in winter (needs rest) for a period of 3–4 years. It will thrive in the garden, under a tree or near bushes. It is also suitable for an apartment, but it will need more attention. Make yourself, relatives or friends happy and get Shiikmen in your family.

True Shiitake creates a new gourmet raw material from oak wood on a farm near Prague, all ecologically and sustainably. Their mission is to grow quality, healthy mushrooms and make them available to the widest possible public. Farmers with respect for nature and love for human health. Shiitake means oak mushroom. Thanks to this traditional Japanese method of cultivation on oak logs, the mushrooms contain a high protein content and up to three times more health-promoting substances than Shiitake grown in other ways. On a few hundred square meters, they are able to produce up to thirty times more protein than when raising beef cattle. For this, they need about seventy times less water.
