Maintenance instructions:
Wash with warm soapy water before first use and after each follow-up
Do not use metal objects or steel wool
Use a soft brush to remove more dough deposits
You fill the mold up to 2/3 maximum
Never use olive oil, sunflower oil or other common cooking oils to erase. It is recommended to erase the mold with lard or melted butter, or spray it with a special spray oil and pour it (semi-flour or coconut).
