Care and maintenance:
Before using the cast iron baking stone, wash it with hot spring water, rub with vegetable oil and set it to 175 - 200 ° C for about 15 - 30 minutes. Then let it cool, wash again and let it burn again on the plate. Then mix a mixture of salt and vegetable oil or lard and rub the stone with it on a cotton cloth for about 10-15 minutes. Wipe the stone until it is black and smooth. Then wash again with salt. After normal use, we recommend cleaning only with oil and a soft cloth to prevent corrosion. Store in a cool and dry place, ideally lightly wiped with oil and covered with a paper napkin.
