ThermolonTM is a sand derivative that is sol-gel (a solid-to-gel conversion method) converted into a substance that is freely sprayed onto the pan without the use of glue or other additives (ie without PFOA or PFAS). The pan is then cured in the oven (thus releasing 60% less CO2 than traditional non-stick pan production). Thanks to this technology, the surface is still like new even when used regularly. The 5th generation Green Pan is enriched with diamond dust, which guarantees even greater hardness and durability.
