Natural flavor – Tonka beans

Tonka (Common Silkworm) - tropical tall tree growing in South America. It produces pulpy oval pods that contain aromatic black seeds, a bean-like shape. In the kitchen, edible beans are used like vanilla pods to flavor desserts, liqueurs, chocolates, sweet sauces, puddings, soufflé, panna cotty or ice cream. Tuna beans are left to boil and leavened or finely chopped directly into the dish. The smell is sweet, vanilla almond and is very intense, so just use it very gently. Only a few beans are enough for a liter of dessert. Aroma beans tonka richly lends exotic flavor to your sweet and savory dishes. Unedged bean tuna are then used in cosmetics, for the production of perfumes, aromatic and aphrodisiac incense, aromatic oils, or are also added to tobacco.

Dosage:
use 0.2 g per 1 kg
0.03 g of a drop
0.16 g when spraying
