Information on Personal Data Processing - GDPR

The company Kitchenette s.r.o. carries out processing of your personal data as necessary for performance of the contract with you regarding sale of goods  (or for implementation of measures adopted before conclusion of such contract), and also as necessary to meet public-law duties of this company.

  1. IDENTITY AND CONTACT DATA OF THE CONTROLLER
    1. The controller of your personal data is the business company Kitchenette s.r.o., with registered office Nad Zlíchovem 197/16, Praha 5, 152 00, ID: 03119882, incorporated in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file No. C 227669 (hereinafter referred to as “controller“).

    3. The controller has not appointed any data protection officer.
  2. LEGAL BASIS FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
    1. The legal basis for processing of your personal data is the fact that this processing is necessary for:
      1. performance of the contract between you and the controller or for implementation of measures by the controller before conclusion of such contract within the meaning of Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. b) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)(hereinafter referred to as “ the Regulation”);
      2. fulfilment of the legal duties applicable to the controller within the meaning of  Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. c) of the Regulation, especially the duties imposed upon the  controller by operation of generally binding legal regulations, including especially Act  No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value-Added Tax, as amended, Act No. 586/1992 Coll., Income Tax Act, as amended, and Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended.
  3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
    1. The purpose of processing of your personal data is performance of the contract between you and the controller, including delivery of the goods and solution of rights arising from liability for defects , or implementation of measures by the controller before conclusion of such contract and, furthermore, fulfilment of relevant public-law duties by the controller.
    2. There is no automated individual decision-making from the part of the controller within the meaning of Art. 22 of the Regulation.
  4. DURATION OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
    1. Your personal data will be processed for the time of duration of effects of rights and duties arising from the contract, plus for the time necessary for the purpose of archiving according to applicable generally binding legal regulations, at maximum, however, for the time stipulated by generally binding legal regulations.
  5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA
    1. Other recipients of your personal data will be shipping companies and other persons participating in delivery of goods or performance of payments under the contract of purchase, and persons providing the controller with technical service related with operation of the e-shop, including operation of software and data storage. 
    2. Recipients of your personal data for fulfilment of the duties arising from legal regulations may also include revenue authorities or other relevant authorities if such duty is imposed upon the controller by generally binding legal regulations.
    3. The controller does not intend to forward your personal data to a country outside the EU or to an international organisation.
  6. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
    1. Under the conditions stipulated in the Regulation, you have a right to make the controller provide your access to your personal data, a right to obtain rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing thereof, a right to object to processing of your personal data and a right to portability of your personal data.
    2. Should you believe that the processing of your personal data has constituted or constitutes a breach of the Regulation, you have a.o. a right to lodge a complaint with the supervising authority. The supervising authority for the territory of the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
    3. You have no duty to provide your personal data. Provision of your personal data is, however, necessary for conclusion and performance of the contract and without provision of your personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or to perform it from the part of the controller.
